  Eminem's Lose Yourself, Oct 28th 2002, 54 Sound Studio, Detroit Michigan      This is Eminem's piece "Lose Yourself" as to which he describes exactly why he is an amazing performer, describing the struggles of mental and physical stress with performing in his lyrics for example "His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, there's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti, he's nervous but on the surface, he looks calm and ready." as well as tools he uses to stay confident for instance his life struggles and how badly he wants them to end is what he mentally focus's on to get in the zone.
